Very nice villa for a maximum of 10 persons in the quiet area of Sesmarias near Carvoeiro. The villa is having his own private pool with sunloungers and outside furniture. There is a nice barbecue area, so perfect to spend al-fresco meals.There is a lovely grass garden perfect for children to play on. The villa is located very close to the beaches. (ca. 2 kms from the villa).
Within walking distance, you can find some small shops and restaurants, including a small supermarket. You can find 5 large supermarkets within 5 kms from the villa.
The center of Carvoeiro is located 2,6 km from the villa and you can walk to the center in 35/40 minutes. Please note that the road back is uphill and will take a bit more time.

The ground floor is offering a spacious living room with sliding doors to the terrace, garden and the pool area. The furniture are in typical portuguese style with a fireplace, sofas and a TV. Next to the living room you can enter the dinning room with a large table were you can enjoy lovely meals overlooking the garden through the sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and a dishwasher. Through the kitchen door you also have access to the terrace and swimming pool.

On the groudfloor you will find a double bedroom with a large window overlooking the garden and a bedroom with 2 single beds which also offers a lovely view of the garden. Both bedrooms are bright and sunny and have a large built-in closet and a dresser with a mirror. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower in the bath, a toilet and a bidet.

First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a "walk-through" room with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have sliding door wich leads to a large terrace with a lovely view over the area and also of the sea. There is one bathroom with a shower in the bath, a toilet and a bidet.

Outside: A private pool with Roman steps (7 x 4 meters) with an outside shower with 8 sun loungers around the pool. There is a barbecue area where you can grill local fish or meat. There are two tables outside were you can enjoy your meals or have a lovely glas of portuguese wine overlooking the children in the swimmingpool!
