Description

An authentic farmhouse converted into a wonderful property equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable holiday, complete with free cable TV and Wifi.

The ground floor, with its lovely arches and thick stone walls, is taken up by a living room which comes off a dining/kitchen area, this room then leads out onto the spacious area surrounding the private pool and sundeck area.

The 4 bedrooms of which 3 have ensuite bathrooms are located as follows; on the the 1st floor reachable only via an external staircase there is a twin and double both with ensuite facilities.

In a separate 2 storey annex building there are 2 other double bedrooms, the one on top enjoys a large bathroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool, this bedroom is also accessible only by external stairs. In the same annex, on ground floor there is another double bedroom served by the family bathroom across the courtyard (not ensuite)

Parking

There is only space for 1 small car and since the property is located in a narrow alley, only loading and unloading can be done in front of property. Cars will need to be parked outside the alley around 80 meters walk.

Additional services:

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, we provide 2 towels per person - which will be placed on the beds ready for use.

The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knights time while unwinding yourself in one of the coffee shops you can find here.Bus 308 connects the village with Victoria, 3 km away. From Victoria, it is a 15-minute ride on bus 301 to reach Mgarr ferry terminal.

Malta Government Eco Tax

Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.

Fully refundable security deposit

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of € 400 for private pool properties and € 200 for properties with shared pool is needed to cover for any damages (excluding normal tear and wear) or/and missing items and will be charged from the card on file with the rest of the amount due 2 weeks before arrival date. This amount will be refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
