The space
Villa Praiano is a bright and elegant three-story villa built on the cliff overlooking the sea. It has 7 bedrooms for a total of 14 people. From the Villa you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. Villa Praiano is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private pool and a private hydromassage pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning throughout the property, and winter heating and WI-FI access.
The villa is close to a pedestrian area, in the heart of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transport and the beach just steps from the property. You will find the SITA bus stop Amalfi - Sorrento line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 350 meters (about 380 yards) including 350 steps. You will reach the Villa through a (150-meters-490 feet)-public walkway that includes about 30 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Praiano. If you have a car, you will be able to park it nearby, or for a fee, in a public parking lot.
Guest access
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with a wicker sofa and two armchairs, a circular wicker sofa with an attached awning, as well as with tables, chairs and two large umbrellas. From the terrace you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea, the islands of Li Galli and Praiano. In addition, you will have at your disposal a seasonal above-ground swimming pool of 4x8. From the pool you can enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and the garden.

From the bedroom you can enter a long terrace with sea view through a French window. The room is equipped with an air conditioning and heating unit. This room has a bathroom, tiled with glossy blue majolica tiles and equipped with a sink, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to reach the second bedroom through a corridor.
2) The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you are able to enter a long terrace with a sea view through a French window. The room is equipped with an air conditioning and heating unit.
