Massa e Cozzile, in a splendid panoramic position we offer for your holidays a large portion of Farmhouse (approx. 330sqm), end of the 19th century, independent, with a large private flowered garden (approx. 2500 sq.m.) equipped with private swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi for a fee extras, table tennis, hammock, sofa and sun loungers, bicycles and a large table for eating (10/12 seats) and barbecue. On the ground floor there is the large and bright living area, finished in a valuable and elegant manner, composed of a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, living room, kitchen with beamed ceiling and trusses, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge and a bathroom with a double Jacuzzi. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms all with independent entrances, flat-screen TVs and splendid panoramic views, two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a cast-iron bath typical of the 1800s. In total, up to 6 people can be accommodated + extra bed max 2 places (on payment). All the rooms are finished with value. Accompanying the house alarm, kitchen, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, HI-FI, DVD player, cot (0-36 months). Since 2017 we have included solar panels for hot water heating to be more environmentally friendly and provide better customer service. From 2019 on the terrace we added a heated outdoor Jacuzi with chromotherapy. The farmhouse allows not only to make a wonderful holiday of relaxation and comfort but also thanks to its strategic position to be able to visit the most famous Italian cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Prato, Viareggio / Forte dei Marmi. These wonderful cities can also be easily visited using the train also located not far from the farmhouse (9km / 10 minutes). We are at 45 / 50Km. (40/45 minutes) from the International Airports of Florence, Pisa and Bologna at 125km. (1 hour and 15 minutes). For golf enthusiasts approx. 20 minutes from the characteristic Montecatini Terme Golf Club and for wellness lovers various spa facilities and wellness centers. At 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful and characteristic medieval village of Montecatini Alto (end 500 ') with typical restaurants and bars. From Montecatini Alto you can reach Montecatini Terme with Gigio and Gigia, the oldest funicular in the world in activity (1898).
