This autochthonous stone house is located in peaceful surroundings of the small place of Jakovici in the Istrian hinterland. It was built long time ago and since then it has been fully renovated, while maintaining the traditional look. The interiors are equipped in the way that offers guests everything that is needed for quality holiday. The house comprises ground floor part with living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, while on the upper floor there are three bedrooms more and two bathrooms. The large courtyard is divided into two parts. In the first, fully fenced part there is the swimming pool, sunbathing area and a barbeque. In the remaining part there is a grassy area where guests can play badminton or volleyball.
