Welcome to this beautiful villa located in the mountain, next to Pòrtol. It can accommodate 12 people.

The outside area is wonderful. There are large gardens, a chlorine swimming pool 7 x 3.2 m with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.8 m, various fully equipped terraces and porches, and a barbecue, for the lovers of summer open air meals.

The house of 420 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 6 bedrooms; two on the ground floor (one with a double bed and one with twin beds); and four on the 1st floor (one with twin beds, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, and two with twin beds each and en suite bathroom; one with shower and one with bathtub). One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, there are 3 bathrooms more; one on the 1st floor with shower, and two on the ground floor one with shower and one with bathtub. The cozy living room invites you to relax on the two comfortable sofas. It is equipped also with one coffee table, TV-Sat, a dining area with a table and chairs and a fireplace. There is also another fully equipped lounge, with large windows and great views of the landscape. There are two independent, fully equipped kitchens with gas. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Pòrtol is a small town that belongs to Marratxi, and it is famous for its traditional pottery, especially the typical "siurells".
Only 15 min. driving, you will get to Palma. Palma is a beautiful and friendly city, with all kinds of local and international commerces. The shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the different malls, and plenty of shops. There is variety of entertainment both night and day. During the day you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city or walk along the promenade, visit "La Seu" (most important Cathedral of Palma) with magnificent sea views, visit different museums or art galleries, castle "Castillo de Bellver", etc. At night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc. By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby villages as Esporles or Valldemossa. Next to the city there are different waterparks as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you can not miss also a visit to Palma Aquarium.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
