The apartment is situated in a chalet which is tycical for the architecture of the Aosta valley at 1.800 m. above sea level und develops on 2 levels: on the ground-floor you will find the living-room with kitchen-corner and a bathroom; a spiral staircase leads up to the 1. floor with 2 bedrooms (view over the Gran Paradiso) and bathroom. Cross the secondary road which will lead you, on the other side of the street, to a shared garden, where you can use a barbecue and enjoy the beautiful view. The position of the apartment is ideal for excursions into the Grauson or Arpisson-valley, where you can go skiing in the winter months and practice alpinism in the summer. At abt. 3 km distance you will find the first trails and again, in 3 km distance Lilaz which is famous for its waterfall where you can practice climbing during the winter months when the water gets frozen. Do not miss to reach the Montebianco in the winter by means of a sky-way and then enjoy your lunch in front of a marvelous panoramic view. The area around Cogne offers more than 70 km ski slopes.
