Description
'Tree Tops' joined our portfolio at 'Prestige Villas' late in 2019. This quirky cottage with a brand new infinity pool and fabulous views. A perfect location whether it be a couple looking for a romantic hideaway or family or friends looking for a fabulous base with easy access to the North East coast. The cottage has been recently renovated and has a lovely well equipped kitchen, a sitting room with a sliding glass door onto the pool area, two double rooms and two shower rooms (one of which is en-suite).
The pool is set within a patio area surrounded by pretty gardens with tropical trees including Banana with an annual crop and a selection of citrus trees, fresh lemons on tap ideal for your gin and tonic! Evenings can be spent sharing a chilled bottle of local wine whilst overlooking the twinkling lights of the coastline, the views here are simply mesmerising.
The cottage is set in an elavated, peaceful location but yet within a few minutes walk you will find the popular Panorama Bar & Restaurant in the centre of this historical UNESCO village.
Note due to the number of steps around the property and the first floor bedroom being accessed by a quirky staircase this accommodation is not suitable for persons with walking difficulties.
