The villa is located in Pefkous area ,just a few steps from the beach and can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends of up to 8 people .
With the accommodation artfully arranged over two levels, the villa has a stunning, open-plan living area which is flooded with natural light colours,a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of high quality appliances, a dining area and a spacious seating area with Satellite Smart TV and Playstation .All four bedrooms are very pretty and are light and airy.Each benefit from good wardrobe space, side tables with lamps and sliding patio doors. The master bedroom suite which is located on the ground floor has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with bathtube and jacuzzi,The 2nd bedroom is located on the ground floor ,it has a double bed and ensuite bathroom ,the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and the 4th bedroom has a double bed. The is also a family bathroom on the first floor which has a corner bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin .All bedrooms look out over the garden area, the pool and the sea ..
The villa has a fabulous outside terrace with 10 x 5 infinity pool and external jacuzzi which overlooks the sea and the beautiful natural bay.
