Description

If you are looking for a villa in the centre of the bustling Albufeira resort, then Quinta do Centro is certainly one of those. With five spacious bedrooms, it sleeps up to 10 guests and is just metres from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and 2km from a glorious sandy beach. It is situated above the famous ‘Strip'.

Albufeira is one of the Algarve's most popular resorts. It boasts a good choice of beaches, fantastic golf courses, an excellent dining scene and an attractive marina. You can meander through the charming, whitewashed Old Town or hit the ‘Strip' for electric nights out. There is something for everyone in the area including waterparks, historic churches and castles, wineries for delicious tastings of local wines, shopping for designer goods or local pottery and fabulous beach days.

Quinto do Centro is traditional in design and decor and boasts a comfortable, open plan living and dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a games room, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The bedrooms are comprised of three twin rooms and two with double beds. The twin beds are next to each other so can be used as huge double beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other bathrooms are separate. The bathrooms are fully tiled and a mix of baths and showers. The games room is wonderful with pool and table football. Youngsters will be delighted!

Outside, the villa enjoys a lovely 5m x 2m swimming pool surrounded with a terrace and sun loungers, a raised alfresco dining terrace and a fenced front garden. The villa is provided with a barbecue. It is a good accommodation that you can quickly return to at the end of a busy day.

#### Location
The location of the lovely Quinto do Centro is central Albufeira. It is located very close to restaurants, bars and shops and within walking distance of the ‘Strip' and the town's beaches. There are over 100 restaurants and bars in Albufeira's Old Town together with boutique shopping and local handicrafts. The main square, Jardim Publico de Albufeira, is the heart of the Old Town with open-air restaurants, cafes and bars and often live music. The huge Albufeira Shopping Mall has many boutiques as well as a massive supermarket. The nightlife continues late into the night in Albufeira, especially around the hedonistic ‘Strip' which is in the New Town. The promenade is perfect for a stroll and provides enchanting views of the bay. It is lined with vibrant bars and cafes. The winding lanes of the old fisherman's quarters lead to Tunel and Peneco Beaches where brightly painted fishing boats rest on the sand after their day's work.

There are so many dazzling beaches in and around Albufeira including Salgados, Gale, Castelo, Sao Rafeal, Arrifes, Oura, Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa and Olhos de Agua and of course the marvellous, renowned Falesia Beach. Most boast fine, silver sand and multi-hued stunning cliffs or dunes and pine forests.

Albufeira is not just a party and beach town, it is also within easy reach of world-class golf courses and interesting, historic towns and villages such as Silves, Faro and Loule. The peaceful, picturesque town of Silves was originally the ancient capital of the Algarve. With its imposing red brick castle, Gothic cathedral, ancient town walls, open-air cafes and restaurants and the daily market, Silves is a great option for an outing.

Loule is another exceptional, quaint town to visit. The market hall is magnificent and looks like a Moorish palace from the outside. There is a great choice of churches and the castle to visit. You may also enjoy the weird and wonderful folk celebrations in the town.
