The spacious, beautiful veranda, which surrounding the living room, is perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and it provides plenty of shade during the warmest days. Also, there are the four of the six bedrooms en suite with their own balcony having panoramic sea view, a WC and a utility room with washing and dry machine. In the outside area there is a covered dining area by pergola and a small living area.

A small inside staircase leads down to the second floor where the other bedrooms and a second living room are. In this level the guests can have enjoyable time watching movies in the cinema room, exercising in the full equipped gym or using the private bar for their parties.

The spacious living room on the second floor is surrounded by balcony doors that open to the sun terraces with the infinity edge swimming pool and a covered living area by pergola. The infinity pool has been carefully positioned so as to enjoy the view to the maximum which is remarkable and unique from any position. On the other side of the pool, there are sunbeds so as to relax and enjoy the Cretan sun.

The villa includes air conditioning in all rooms, alarm system, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet.

The villa is built in a tranquil environment and near to all local services, businesses and amenities. In just a short drive away there are luxury hotels which offer spa facilities, thalassotherapy, body and face treatment.
