Selena villa at Heraklion midland prefecture is built on a hilltop offering remarkable views of vineyards, Aegean sea, Lasithi and Psiloritis mountains. Villa Selena covers a 2000 square meters of property offering a comfortable and enjoyable holiday stay. The garden is huge and it is covered with grass and flowers. The private pool has an attached children's pool and it is surrounded by umbrellas and invites you to relax and sunbathe. The villa is divided into two units, each with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a spa per unit. Each unit can accomodate up to 6 persons. At the core of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 12 persons, a living room with seating for 12 people and an open fireplace, home cinema, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, internet corner and a library. In addition, there is a telephone, fire alarm system, air conditioning system, games, fitness room, a cellar with selected wines and a completely equipped room for meetings for up to 40 persons present. Owners only used renewable sources of energy such as wind and solar power and natural gas in order to cover the power needs of the villa.

The place is not only absolutely ideal for the ecotourism and outdoor activities but also for family holidays. The Villa is surrounded by crops of vineyards with naming origin. It is also conceivable for the guests to participate in supplementary-agricultural activities inside and outside the building plot. It is close to traditional settlements and settlements with traditional architecture, restaurants and museums of Secular Art. It is also near to the Centre of Mediterranean Music in Choudetsi village, near to processing units of agricultural products and near to some of the essential wine-producing units in Crete.
