Koumasia is a 4 bedroom deluxe villa with a spectacular sea view above Coral Bay and Sea Caves.
The villa has amazing sea views over the entire Coral Bay coastline with a backdrop of Peyia Hills. It is quietly perched on top the hill offering unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The ground floor has a big double bedroom en-suite with a walk in shower. The spacious living room and Kitchen both open up to the outdoor dining area, lounge and swimming pool both the kitchen and living rooms have sea views. The outdoor area has an overflow swimming pool, BBQ area, and outdoor kitchen for Al-Fresco dining and relaxing.
The pool will be heated on request for 25€ extra per day.
The first floor offers 3 large bedrooms, 2 with a family bathroom with bath tub and the master en-suite has a wrap around balcony with sea views. The second room is a twin bedroom and the third room is a double room with a wrap around balcony and amazing sea views.
You will need a car when you stay in this villa and you have free parking in front of the villa.
