Description

Be bold, live in colour and live lively on your next holiday by simply choosing Villa Pituntium.

Set in a suburb of Split, Villa Pituntium does truly live up to its name. Carefully planned with large groups in mind, this large, homely villa boasts an astonishing ten bedrooms and can sleep up to twenty guests comfortably, making this home the perfect place for parties and events. The proximity to neighbouring homes is not a concern giving the detailed soundproofing which has been installed throughout the entire home, again adding another reason to party!

This bold home is decked in a wide array of colourful hues creating a lively, passionate atmosphere. The blues featured across many of the bedrooms and interior areas are very similar to the waves of the Adriatic, which can be viewed from many areas of the home. The most stunning view is probably that of the loveseat found on the upper most terrace, a great place to end the day watching the sunset with a glass of wine or even as a place to read the little ones a bed time story!

Inside the home, every room has been finished to a very high level. Most bedrooms have been finished with an en-suite, some even boasting modern, freestanding baths. There is also a children's bedroom which is completed with a set of bunk beds. Downstairs, the living and kitchen areas can be found and just beyond this, the garden! The garden is finished with a large swimming pool, outdoor shower and pool Jacuzzi. Just next to this a large dining area can be found, allowing guests to flit between swimming, eating and monitoring the younger guests in the pool. The garden is a great place to party, socialise or even just lounge in the afternoon sun.

#### Location
Step into Split, Croatia's second largest city.

Nestled against the Adriatic Sea, Split is very much considered a coastal gem yet, is spectacularly balanced against an immense backdrop of Croatian mountains. This has created a unique beach experience where explorers and visitors will find gorgeous, secluded sandy beaches sprawled against rolling green nature, palm trees and rustic olive groves, an idyllic retreat, perfect for picnics, romance and relaxation.

The city itself is an urban masterpiece, boasting both modern and, having been established way back in between the third and fourth century, an array of interesting medieval influences. Subsequently, this weaves a fascinating trail throughout the city, with notable sights including the Diocletians Palace, which was a residence created for the Roman emperor himself! Though this palace now lies in a state of disrepair, the remains of this impressive structure can be found in Splits “Old Town”

Beneath the white stone walls of the palace, there are a range of courtyards, cafes, shops and restaurants offering guests a true taste of modern Dalmatian life. Also, worth visiting, especially for those who seek history are the Temple of Jupiter, the Archaeological museum, to name but a few! Also laying nearby is the natural oasis of the Marjan forest park which just oozes rustic, natural Croatian beauty, a must visit for all!

Visit Split during summer, especially around July, where the hot season sees the city transformed into a summer haven where from mid-July onwards a month-long Summer festival begins.
