The biggest manned island among many in Ago Bay, Kashiko Island.
It was chosen to hold G7 Ise Shima Summit in 2016 due to its rich nature and tradition.
Vacation Rental SHIMA BOAT HOUSE is a high-class rental house where you can enjoy your special time with its rich facility and various activities in order for you to spend a fruitful time in Ise Shima area that retains its original landscape.

8 minutes on foot from Kashikojima Station.
There are shops where you can purchase local food such as supermarket, fresh fish store, bakery, etc. within 5 minutes by car.

The place is suitable for use by multiple families and friends and/or party & event as the place has bedrooms, bathrooms, toilet, refrigerators and water places for 4 groups.
The more people stay, the more reasonable it becomes

Play with fire, and enjoy the nature of Ise Shima for the fullest!
There are 6 Wood-burning stoves, bonfire places, pizza ovens, and BBQ space, and so each group can use them at once.
Also, you can enjoy the nature of Ise Shima for the fullest through outdoor activities such as kayaking and mountain bike!

Pets are welcome!
There is a dog-run space in the terrace garden with grass, so guests with pets are welcome.

You can use the facility during the day too!
The hours between 11:00 and 15:00 following the guest check-out are dedicated to indoor cleaning.
Stay and activities at the garden space and living room are allowed only between 12:00 and 15:00 on the first day of arrival.
Please do not access the garden space after your check-out.

Normal Booking: Booking is possible up to 3 months ahead.
Priority Booking: If you satisfy the following condition, you can also make bookings after 4 months.
Use of consecutive nights for 2 nights or more.
Usage with more than 15 people / night number not relevant.

SHIMA BOAT HOUSE is a rental vacation home.
We would very much appreciate if you take care of basic cleaning works of kitchenware and bed-making
before checking out.

We will not take responsibility for injuries and/or accidents that occurred during outdoor activities
such as rental kayak or mountain bike. We recommend you to get leisure insurance if you wish to do activities.

Your cooperation on separate garbage collection is highly appreciated.

Please handle fire carefully. Bonfire must be done in designated area. No bonfire is allowed on grass.

No smoking inside the house. Please smoke around the ashtray outside.

Shoes are allowed inside the house, however, no shoes allowed in Japanese rooms.

Please turn out all fires as well as turning air conditioners and lights off when leaving the house.

Please make sure not to disturb the neighbours with noise
(such as loud music from speakers or conversation in loud voice).
