This fabulous ocean/golf course view villa offers a relaxing vacation! Enjoy early morning rainbows and breath-taking sunsets! This one bedroom, two-bathroom villa offers all the comforts of a home. A fully equipped kitchen, that features granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and full-size appliances! This unit has central air conditioning, high speed internet and free unlimited long distance calling to U.S. & Canada. The master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has full size bed. Approximately 1100 sq ft. Kapalua Golf Villas are located near many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! When you are ready to explore the resort, just call the courtesy shuttle provided by Kapalua Resort for door-to-door service to Kapalua's award-winning beaches, a variety of restaurants, two championship golf courses, the tennis center, and shopping. The snorkeling at Kapalua Bay is not to be missed! A Minimum 4 night rental. There is a $215.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge.17.42% state taxes added to all rates.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled before 30 days of the day of check in will receive a refund minus the $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings canceled inside 30 days will not receive a refund.

The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice. Please remember that The Golf Villas is attempting to follow CDC recommended guidelines. The following is a list of recommended guidelines for your use and enjoyment of The Golf Villa pools and BBQs.
Masks and social distancing (6 Ft. between non-familial groups) is required when in common pool and BBQ areas.
No more than 2 people (one at each BBQ) in the BBQ area at a time
No large groups or pool parties with off-site guests but individuals from the same household (10 people or less) may stay together.
Lounge chairs and tables will be at the required 6 ft. distancing. Please do not move them.
Anyone in Quarantine is prohibited from entering the pools.
Please do not enter the pool areas if you are experiencing any symptoms which include but are not limited to: fever of 100 degrees of more, sore throat, runny nose, chills, sneezing and coughing.
