Guests will love the traditional facade of this large abode, welcoming guests into its spacious interior, sleeping up to nine people in style and comfort. With fresh neutral decor, traditional wooden furniture, and classic design elements throughout, including open fireplaces and exposed beams, the villa will provide a peaceful retreat for those looking to relax in quiet surroundings. A pleasing living and dining area will invite guests in, streaming sunshine through double doors that open out on to the fantastic garden area. And a large kitchen offers the perfect environment in which to cook up some local delicacies, containing another large dining table.

There are five bedrooms at Villa Avios, one on the ground floor and the remaining four upstairs. All are finished in the same fresh decor as throughout the villa, and boast classic wooden furniture making them the perfect haven to return to after a long day in the Algarve sunshine. The master suite offers an en-suite bathroom and many of the rooms benefit from Juliette balconies, allowing guests to throw open the doors and let the sunshine and fresh air flood in.

The outside space here is a wonderful extension of the surrounding countryside. With a great variety of trees shrubs and flora, nature lovers will appreciate their calming presence, and with a spacious lawned area and outdoor pool guests will love to spend hours here soaking up the sunshine in peace and tranquillity. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a traditional brick BBQ ensuring guests make use of the dining area on the shaded terrace by eating alfresco into the long evenings.

#### Location
Situated up in the lush hillside, surrounded by pine trees and almond groves, the villa sits just outside the pretty town of Boliqueime, providing a rural retreat in the glorious Algarve, an authentic Portugal that many tourists don't see. This laidback village offers a charming atmosphere, boasting cobbled streets and a quant square where you'll love to enjoy a glass of Porto wine while you watch the locals gather to play dominoes. For more of a livelier ambience however, and a beautiful stretch of golden sand, head into Albufeira in just 15 minutes.

Albufeira is the largest and liveliest of all of the resort towns in the Algarve. You'll love to stroll around the beautiful Old Town with it's pretty cobbled streets, winding lanes, boutique shops and traditional cafes and restaurants. Or perhaps you'll want to head down to the modern marina complex with its variety of shops, before heading to the strip in Sao Joao to enjoy its lively nightlife. However, a spectacle not to be missed is the surrounding Algarve coastline, a magnificent stretch of golden sand and calm clear waters. With over 25 beaches to choose from, you will have the larger Praia dos Pescadores and Falesia beaches that offer a wide range of water-sports, beach bars and cafes. Or to avoid the crowds, head to delightful Inatel Beach, where you can simply relax or explore the small caves here.

For those that enjoy a round or two of golf, you will love the villa's proximity to Vilamoura, home to the Oceanico Victoria championship course. With 5 world class courses here, you'll have plenty to choose from. Tennis fans will also be well looked after, with a number of excellent clubs offering private tuition. The town's range of activities, and its proximity to two wonderful beaches as well as a luxurious marina boasting gourmet restaurants and bars, make this a wonderful resort town to visit.

Just 30km from Faro, guests will love the short distance to the airport, but it should also not be overlooked as a fantastic day tip. Surrounded by ancient walls, this lovely authentic city oozes Portuguese charm. Rich in history and offering a relaxed ambience, you'll love its pretty centre with its pedestrianised shopping streets and scenic plazas. Nature lovers can also enjoy its position as a gateway to the beautiful Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, and superb beaches beyond.
