This private cottage on a private drive just a short walk away from private beach (closed to the public but shared to all of our surrounding tenants). Fully furnished includes washer/dryer, cable, WiFi, heat & central air. Living area includes a coach and love seat, 60" flat screen; fully functional kitchen, full bath with tub/shower; master: queen size bed & dressers; Room 2: (2) full size beds w/dressers; Room 3: twin bed, all linens provided including bed, bath and kitchen. No air mattresses or portable beds permitted for any reason. Back yard with fire pit (wood not provided), charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and patio furniture. Parking for four cars, additional parking available upon request. NO SMOKING. check in after 3pm and Check out is PROMPTLY by 10am
