Yetson House holds a wonderful position nestled amongst eight acres of landscaped gardens and set within the beautiful South Hams, a region renowned for its rolling countryside and scenic beaches. While guests will enjoy total tranquillity, helpful amenities can be found in the villages of Ashprington and Tuckenhay, both less than five minutes away, while the historic market town of Totnes is less than a fifteen minute drive from the house.

The Grade II listed country house dates back to the 1830's and as a result boasts endless charm, character and period features. The owners have lovingly modernised the home and today it seamlessly combines its original features with contemporary interiors and elegant furnishings throughout. Yetson House can comfortably accommodate up to twenty guests across the main house and the equally beautiful barn.

On the ground floor is the main entertaining space which comprises of an elegant drawing room and sitting room, as well as a dining room, the round dining table makes it the perfect place for the group to gather and discuss the highlights of the day. The kitchen comes fully-equipped and boasts all the tools a budding chef could possibly need to whip up a delicious meal for your loved ones. On the first floor are the first of the bedrooms, two king-size bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and a twin room which can make the use of a family shower room. Upstairs, on the second floor are a further two spacious double bedrooms which share the use of a family wet room as well as a children's playroom area.

To the East of the main house is a detached stone barn with vaulted ceilings and countryside views, it has been lovingly modernised to as high a standard as the house. The barn features an upside down layout, four of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, these are all double rooms and share the use of two family bathrooms. Upstairs, on the first floor is the entertaining space which comprises of two reception rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a family shower room. Upstairs, on the second floor on a galleried mezzanine level is the fabulous master bedroom.

Outside, guests will enjoy exploring the eight acres of wonderfully landscaped gardens, with a vineyard, paddock and woodland with specially created paths, ideal for peaceful walks. The whole family will enjoy splashing around in the private pool during the Summer months, while the terrace makes the perfect place to gather and enjoy a quiet sundowner after action packed days spent exploring this beautiful part of Devon.

The coast is less than 30-minutes from Yetson House, the beautiful town of Dartmouth, arguably one of South Devon's prettiest, is just 25-minutes away. Blackpool Sands is one of the UK's best beaches, granted Blue Flag status and set in a sheltered bay making it excellent for families, is just a 25-minute drive away.

There is plenty to see, do and explore in the surrounding area, for those travelling with children, the largest theme park in Devon, Woodlands Family Theme Park is just 15-minutes away and makes a fun day out for the whole family! For animal lovers, Totnes Rare Breeds Farm, Paignton Zoo and Dartmoor Zoo are all easily reachable in less than 30-minutes. Yetson House is perfectly positioned for those wanting to explore the wonderful region of Torbay and the world-famous English Riviera. The lively town of Torquay is just a 30-minute car journey away, here are a wider selection of excellent shops and restaurants, beautiful beaches of Babbacombe and the cliffside Oddicombe and fantastic attractions including, Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, Babbacombe Model Village and Living Coasts Coastal Zoo.
