Description

New amenities from 1st May 2022, the property will be equipped with new insulated windows and doors and a 4 seater outside Jacuzzi on the top floor terrace.

Upon entering this wonderful holiday home, you are greeted by a lovely hallway which leads to a combined living and dining area. All of which gives onto a lovely sundeck with a good sized pool, the main feature being the stunning unobstructed hill & sea views.

A fully equipped kitchen and a spare bathroom completes the ground floor.

Four ensuite bedrooms three of which (a double and two twin beds) are located on the 1st floor, are all very well furnished. The spacious bedrooms allow you to enjoy the stunning views from the private terraces attached with these bedrooms.

This holiday home accommodates eight persons with ease. A fourth bedroom on the second floor enjoys the largest of the terraces and the best views, reachable only by a spiral staircase (not ideal for people with limited mobility).

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person - which will be placed on the beds ready for use.

The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

The property is situated in a very popular village of Xaghra with its restaurants and an established café atmosphere. It is also within a short distance of the island's main summer resort of Marsalforn and Ramla beach, with its excellent swimming spots, restaurants, bars, and bustling summer crowds.
