The beautiful Villa Anita enjoys magnificent Mediterranean views from its quiet location in Javea's Cumbre del Sol district. With exquisite areas to relax both inside and out, this villa has a large private pool and is just 2km from the nearest beach, Moraig.

This holiday home can accommodate up to ten guests in five bedrooms, and offers plenty of spaces where everyone can get some time on their own as well as come together. There are several furnished terraces and a covered outdoor seating area, beautiful gardens and, of course, the 10x5m pool. A barbecue house and outdoor shower are among the other amenities which will help you enjoy the al-fresco lifestyle.

Inside, the house features a large living and dining area with an open fireplace, and entertainment in the form of a music system and English-channel satellite TV. Opulent furnishings are found all around you, from long, plush drapes to centrepiece chandeliers.

An open kitchen has all you could need including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Two of the bedrooms are on the same level, including one with en suite bath. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms and showers, as well as access to the deck with beautiful panoramic sea views. A second lower level, with its own separate entrance, hosts the fifth and final bedroom with a double bed and shower.

This fully air-conditioned villa is located in a quiet residential area and has amenities such as a supermarket and restaurant within 4km. Javea's golden beach, Arenal, is around 12km away and is a popular choice with visitors to the area. The town has a pleasant centre filled with old buildings and some excellent shopping opportunities too, including a regular indoor market.

Numerous restaurants and bars can be found around the town – a great excuse to try the local cuisine which shares the healthy, hearty characteristics of many Mediterranean dishes. Traditional sweet desserts and local wine will make a great end to your meal.

#### Location
On the scenic Mediterranean coast, the small town of Javea is a friendly place which delights visitors to the Costa Blanca with its pretty marina and beautiful beaches. The sea is of great importance in Javea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving expertly prepared fish dishes featuring the best of the day's catch.
As well as international cuisine, you can also try the local wine, such as Jalon – a fine accompaniment to some hearty Mediterranean desserts. The town has many attractive buildings including churches and monasteries – look out also for the ancient windmills which dot the landscape just outside the town. Javea has an excellent array of shops to explore, and great sports facilities too. As well as
many water-sports you can enjoy a round of golf at the town's club, or several other locations nearby.
In the shadow of the towering Montgo mountain, Javea is easily reached for those flying into either Valencia or Alicante, with both airports a little over 100km from the town.
