Description

A breathtaking fusion of contemporary design and traditional structures, Villa Dusk offers guests a charming home-from-home and the best of both sides of the delightful island of Ibiza.

Unbelievably stylish, elegant and sophisticated, this villa is a truly unique property, with an ultra-modern interior and quality, with a beautiful typical Ibizan character.

The interior living areas are spacious, blending the original architecture with fabulous contemporary furniture and styles, all bathed in the glow of the sunshine which finds its way into each airy room with ease.

There is a charming semi-outdoor dining area with space for the whole group to dine in style under the delightful wooden beams, with a majestic wooden doorway on one side, and a vast wall of glass doors on the other!

The kitchen is spacious, with a large central island which doubles up as a breakfast bar.

Each of the six bedrooms is a little unique, built and designed in perfect harmony with the original structures and embodying the charm of a traditional Ibizan finca.

Large windows and in two instances exterior doors allow the light and warmth of the hazy Ibiza sunshine to flood the room, creating a truly luxurious environment.

In the bathrooms, traditional patterns and colours complement the sleek modern designs, demonstrating the faithfulness to the original style and character of the house.

As you step out on to the terrace, you will find a vast set of steps leading to the impressive pool area, creating a magnificent effect. Around the pool are twelve sun-loungers, ensuring the whole group can gather together for a little sunbathing, relaxing and socialising.

There is a large table on the terrace, perfect for a little alfresco dining in the beautiful weather! On the patio, there is a casual chill-out area perfect for your afternoon glass of wine, and the best vantage point to enjoy the sunset each day as the sky turns a million shades of orange.

Just 2km from the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis, and only 10 km from the city of Ibiza, Villa Dusk is perfectly positioned for those seeking the tranquillity and intimacy of a private villa in the countryside, that also desire the convenience of the city.

#### Location
Nestled in the mountainous centre of northern Ibiza, Villa Dusk offers guests the chance to stay in one of Ibiza's most scenic spots, at the heart of the hilly countryside!

Despite its perfectly rural location, both Sant Antoni de Portmany and the town of Ibiza itself are around 20 minutes away by car! Also, within just 15km you will find the incredible beaches of Cala Nova, Platja de Sargamassa, and Cala LLonga, some of Ibiza's best!

Despite its current reputation for all-night parties, hedonism and elegance, Ibiza was first popularised by a hippy community, and in amongst the trendy clubs and lively beaches, their presence is still felt in the many markets they established throughout the years, the most famous of which is just a short drive away.

Indeed, the immense popularity of the island ensures you'll never be far from anything you need – be that a supermarket, restaurant or an all-night dance floor! As the clubbing capital of the world, you can guarantee a good night out at any of Ibiza's famous clubs including Pacha, Amnesia and the world's biggest club: Privilege.

And for those not looking to party every night, Ibiza is ideal for a romantic weekend and even an active family holiday – with amazing cycling, kayaking, hiking, and many more activities on offer!

These are particularly good during the winter when the island calms down a little but retains its fabulous weather.

Of course, no Spanish island would be complete without an excellent array of wine and seafood on offer, and Ibiza is no different, with a thriving culinary scene.

Ibiza has earnt its status as a perfect holiday destination, thanks to its shimmering turquoise waters, lagoons, coves, and of course, endless beaches that stretch to the horizon, as well as its less documented charming countryside and vibrant communities dotted across the little island.
