Description

Free spirited art-lovers will be quite at home at this ultramodern villa in the French Riviera. The electric green table and chairs add excitement to dinner on the terrace beside the cool blue pool. Social gatherings flourish, even in the sleek grey and stainless steel kitchen where friends can gather around the island (to toast with good French wine, of course).
The whole family will feel welcome, even the dog; pets are allowed upon request. There's a dorm room that's perfect for the kids: it has 4 twin beds, video games, billiards, and table football. Set the children loose on bicycles if they're adventurous. Meanwhile, the adults can lounge on the comfortable furniture on the terrace, overlooking a view of the bay of Lavandou.
The town of Le Lavandou is close at hand to your holiday villa, where shops are just 1 km down the road. The most direct way to the beach is using the sloping 2 km footpath. The seaside is welcoming as can be, with pretty terraces lined with shops - French Riviera perfection.

Villa Violet offers true comfort - 5 double bedrooms including a master and 4 single beds for kids in the dorm, with a flat screen TV in every room. The relaxation area, which comes with games, and dormitory room can sleep 4. A spacious lounge with Bose stereo system and cabled television, and fully equipped open kitchen on the terrace facing the pool. There's acovered outdoor lounge seating for 10 people, and the wifiaccess even extends to the pool!

You will love the atmosphere that the villa exudes and its proximity to shops and to the beach. The heated pool is also child protected.

#### Location
The nearest supermarket is only 1 km away d The nearest pharmacy is inside the supermarket which is also open on Sunday mornings during the summer season. Next to this, you'll find a wine merchant and a grocery store. The nearest beach is in the village (2km) and can be accessed on foot in 30-minutes via a road with footpaths It is a winding road down to the beach, so be aware that the return will be uphill! Alternatively, you can always reach the beach by car as it is only 3km away. In addition, several other beautiful beaches are also located within a short driving distance.
