Placed in a panoramic position, the property is surrounded by a private fenced garden and offers a splendid view of the sea and the coast. Ground floor: kitchen with dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the first floor a large living room, a bedroom with en suite bathroom and two open terraces overlooking the sea. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is a suite with double bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with whirlpool. All bedrooms have access to the panoramic terrace. An external staircase leads to the top floor, attic (alt. min 1m and max 3.60m) with two bedrooms (one is a passage room) and a bathroom and an open terrace overlooking the sea. On the ground floor there is a rustic kitchen with oven, in the garden barbecue and outdoor shower. The relaxation area near the swimming pool, equipped with sofas and sun beds, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying pleasant moments outdoors. During the summer season the area offers festivals and events, where you can taste the typical products of the area. The promenade of Praia a Mare is at about 2 km, from here you can easily reach the famous places along the coast such as Diamante, Belvedere Marittimo, Scalea and the nearby Maratea with clubs, discos and pubs. For those who love the mountains and nature excursions, the beautiful Pollino National Park offers the possibility of hiking to discover its peaks and woods where the wolf, eagle and the black woodpecker also live. Four-legged friends are welcome. The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th October, possibility of anticipating the opening on request.
