A panorama which stretches from the Hyblaean coast to the south to the majestic Mount Etna to the north offers you this beautiful holiday home in a dominant position on the Hyblaean plateau, located on top of the highest hill of the southern slopes. It is located about 4 km from the historic center of Modica, not far from the large archaeological park of Cava D'Ispica. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden where you can relax and really enjoy your vacation. It extends over 2 floors (the upper floor is an attic): the living area has a corner with a glass wall offering a beautiful view of the landscape and the pool, which is located on a lower terrace of the grounds. In one of the bathrooms there is a hot tub with 3 seats. An internal staircase leads to the bright attic with huge panoramic windows, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. On both sides of the house there are 2 partly covered verandas: one overlooking the landscape and another totally immersed in the greenery. Via a typical dry-stone stairway is reached the lower area with the beautiful swimming pool (max. depth 2.80 m), a further bathroom and an outdoor shower. Ideal location for visiting the province of Ragusa and Syracuse: Scicli, Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla and Comiso are all within a radius of 20 km; Noto, Porto Palo and Syracuse are within a radius of 40 km. For those looking for a sun, sea and sand holiday, the golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the splendid hyblaean coast are at only 15 km. The lovely baroque town of Modica offers various attractions and many snack bars, cafés, pubs and restaurants with traditional flavours and exquisite dishes. Modica is also famous for its delicious chocolate which is still made with an old technique: something you really should try.
