Villa Polyxeni is a spacious holiday villa, located Protaras Cyprus and at Kapparis area. It is a detached house, with private swimming pool, garden BBQ and within walking distance to the local amenities and Malama beach.This charming property is modernly furnished and provides all the facilities for a stress-free stay, to a family or party of six persons. Guests will use three air-conditioned bedrooms (with aircon been free of charge) and three bathrooms, together with a large swimming pool (8m x 4m).Layout
The ground level consists of an open plan area with spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar/area, guests' shower / WC room and a marble staircase leading to the upper floor. Air - conditioning in the living room area is on request, and the cost is 10 Euro for each day of usage.French doors open onto the front terraces and the pool.The interior staircase lands on the upper-level with three bedrooms. The first one is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower / WC) and a Juliet balcony. The other two bedrooms are both twins that share the third bathroom of the property (bath with shower / WC). Both have balconies that overlook the pool area.Pool and Location
The private pool nestles in the middle of the front garden. Sunny terraces surround it, and its equipped with sun-beds, umbrellas and dining al fresco facilities.Polyxeni is ideally located in a quiet area of Protaras, close to Paralimni, with most of the facilities in a walk away and the beach of Malama only a breath away.
