Parking notes: This home had tight parking - There are several spaces available for parking in the driveway. But you must arrange your vehicles - BEST to pull all the way in to the right and park along the wall first.

Please adhere to all posted parking regulations and engage good neighbor practices regarding parking on or around the rental property. Vehicles
should be parked in approved carports, garages, and driveways. Keep in mind you
are renting in a residential neighborhood and it is important to be courteous to the surrounding neighbors.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
