Villa Amaro is a beautiful and charming holiday house located in a town Kaštel Novi, just 10 km from UNESCO protected old town Trogir and 20 km from Split center, famous for the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian.

This modern and comfortable villa covers the living area of 126 m2, while the entire property spreads on 500 m2. Villa Amaro consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, divided on ground floor and first floor and can accommodate up to 8 persons (6+2).

The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms – one with king bed, SAT TV, en suite bathroom with shower and one with queen bad and an access to the spacious covered terrace; fully equipped and modern open concept kitchen with dining area, contemporary and stylish living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The living room also has access to the covered outdoor terrace equipped with outdoor dining table for 8 persons.

Outdoor staircase leads to the first floor of villa Amaro, which consists of 1 spacious bedroom with double bed (queen) with access to a beautiful seaview balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, modern bathroom with shower, fully equipped open concept kitchen with dining area and stylish living room with sofa bed.

One of the highlights of this magnificent house is the spacious outdoor area with lovely Mediterranean garden, perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. Guests can relax swimming in the outdoor pool (18 m2) with hydromassage jets and heating/cooling system surrounded with sun loungers, while the children can enjoy playing in the play area with a trampoline. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is also an outdoor barbecue at disposal.

Villa Amaro offers 2 gated parking places, free of charge. Hosts will provide welcome drinks for guests upon their arrival.

Villa Amaro is conveniently located in the vicinity of various restaurants (700 m), grocery shops (450 m), Split airport (5 km), while the center of Kaštel Novi and the nearest beach (pebble) are 2 km away.

Villa Amaro is equipped with air condition, SAT-TV, Wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, baby cot, high chair, safe, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and hair dryer. Pets and parties are not allowed.
