Villa Elia is a spectacular and glamorous house in the Mediterranean style with a gorgeous sea view, situated only 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of Southern Salento in Torre Pali and 3 Km from the renowned "Maldives of Salento". The property is set in large private grounds (4.000 m2) surrounded by dry stone walls, with a lush Mediterranean vegetation. One of the highlights of the house is, at the back, a large and beautiful inner courtyard with an small pool inground whirlpool - Jacuzzi -, protected by high stone walls. The front of the house features a sea view and a large and comfortable patio with garden furniture and a dining table seating 8 people.
The heart of the house is the living/dining room with a fireplace, a dining table and couches, which gives access to the two different areas of the house: on one side is a fully equipped kitchen and apantry(the kitchen has a glass door which opens into the backyard); on the other side is the sleeping area, where a small corridor leads to 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms. The largest of the two double bedrooms is with sea view and has an ensuite bathroom/shower and an independent access into the furnished outdoor patio. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom/shower accessible from the corridor. The twin bedroom also has an independent access into the back courtyard. The courtyard features a beautiful state-of-the-art inground whirlpool, a dining table seating 8 people, a masonry built-in BBQ and worktop with a sink and an outdoor shower under a masonry staircase which goes up to the terrace/sunroof.
You will be struck by the prestigious materials and accessories throughout the residence and the art-inspired décor which infuses the villa with a distinctive charm.
The price includes: water and electricity consumption (up to a maximum of 150 kWh per week; overconsumption charged at € 0,50 per kWh), the first supply of bed & bathroom linen (extra sets are available at an additional cost). Housekeeping service available on demand at € 10,00 per hour. Pets are allowed at an extra charge of € 50,00 each. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and will be charged € 180,00 to be paid upon arrival.
Please know that, as provided by the law, from June 01st to September 30th a € 1,35 tourist tax is due per person per day, up to 7 consecutive days. Children under the age of 18 are exempt..
