Description

Villa Matilde is a fabulous holiday home which can accommodate a large group travelling together and is located next door to its sister property Amparo. Located in a quiet residential area in Playa Blanca, here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Canarian sunshine. Although a car is advised to explore the island, it is not essential as the town centre can be easily reached within a short distance. Here you will find the pretty harbour dotted with an array of restaurants to choose from ranging from Tapas, fish and international cuisine, a supermarket and shops. Relaxed evenings can be enjoyed with your favourite tipple whilst watching the boats bobbing in the harbour. The villa its self is set over two floors. Entering the ground level you will discover a comfortable lounge which offers modern interiors, here you can enjoy the internet television which boasts many English channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the utensils needed to prepare your favourite meals when not dining out. On this level there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. Leading downstairs you will discover another bedroom with bunk beds, another lounge with television and another twin bedroom with AC and a separate bathroom. The villa offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time away. Outside leads to a large outdoors terrace where everyone can relax by the private swimming pool. Al fresco dining is a must whilst dinner is grilled on the built in barbecue, and distant sunsets can be admired a the day winds down.
