Golden Sand Beach villa is a beautiful new and totally restored 6 bedroom villa, with private pool and gorgeous sea views some 10 km east of Rethymno town next to the beach and in short walking distance to taverns and supermarkets. Luxury and comfort at your disposal.

The villa is spacious , in a size of 400 sqm and has a unique style. Entering the house there is a large hall way with impressive high ceilings On the left is the living area with a comfortable modern sofa and a TV set. Next to it there is the dining area. Further on there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a direct access to a large covered patio, where you can relax and enjoy your drink or lunch or read your book.
