Description

You feel so cheerful when you arrive at Villa Rina. It is charming and set in the centre of the fabulous Albufeira. With three bedrooms, it is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It is in a wonderful sunny position above Albufeira Marina in a lovely residential area. With gorgeous planting, it feels very private and peaceful.

Albufeira is one of the busiest resorts on the Algarve. It has a lively, carefree atmosphere and owes its fame to the beautiful beaches and the vibrant, eclectic bars and nightclubs. The excitement never stops in the narrow winding lanes.

Villa Rina is very smart and very light. It's double-height living space and raised dining room are wonderful with cosy furniture and an open fireplace as well as a TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. It is so bright and airy. Huge doors open to a lovely furnished terrace. It is a lovely spot for your morning cup of coffee! The dining room opens directly to the pool terrace. The bright kitchen leads to the outside dining space, which is lovely. Stunning bougainvillaea grows over the dining gazebo and is so pretty. The brick and stone barbecue is fabulous for alfresco dining. The fantastic 8m x 4m pool is surrounded by quality sun loungers. Some are on the paved terrace and some on the grassy bank. The outside area of this villa is amazing, with delightful views over Albufeira.

The three bedrooms are furnished beautifully. There are two double rooms and one twin. There are three well maintained, tiled bathrooms. Two are ensuite, and the other is a family bathroom. The views from the terrace and balconies are lovely towards the sea and port.

#### Location
Villa Rina is very close to restaurants, bars and shops and within walking distance of the town's beaches. The winding lanes lead to Tunel and Peneco beaches. The promenade provides enchanting views of the bay and is flanked by atmospheric bars and cafes. Brightly painted fishing boats rest on the sand after their day's work. In the old fishermen's quarters, there is a bar or restaurant hiding in every corner.

The spectacular beaches extend beyond Albufeira with Salgados Beach in the west with its dazzling white sand dunes and others framed by magnificent cliffs. Gale, Castelo, Sao Rafael and Arrifes are all splendid. To the east, they all rival each other in beauty and liveliness. Oura, Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa and Olhos de Agua are gorgeous, and the fabulous Falesia Beach marks the boundary of the municipality.

There are over 100 restaurants and bars in the Old Town with the nightlife continuing late at night. The hedonistic ‘Strip' in the new town is crammed with buzzy, themed bars and clubs. Albufeira is also a wonderful base for a golfing holiday. There are so many courses close by.

Further away from the sea, you can explore the lush green fields sprinkled with orange, almond and fig trees and the wonderful towns and villages, including the historical and cultural Silves, Faro and Loule.

Silves was originally the ancient capital of the Algarve. It is peaceful and unhurried. The imposing red-brick castle, Gothic cathedral, the impregnatable town walls and the daily market are a joy to explore. The open-air cafes and restaurants, cobbled streets and charming shops give off a warm, unique, Portuguese ambience. Silves is in such a scenic, picturesque location along the banks of the Rio Arade and within the rolling hills of the Algarve countryside.
