Across the road from the villa is a local supermarket and cafe/bar . The Gran Sur shopping centre with its bars, cafes, shopping and multi screen cinema is within a short walking distance. The bright lights and beaches of Las Americas are just a 5 minute drive away.

Whilst well located for all resort facilities, the villa is in a peaceful and relaxing location.

Built in 2016 this spacious semi detached 3 bedroom property is situated on two levels and has a modern feel with marble flooring throughout.

You enter the villa from the road level and up about 12 steps to the ground floor level of the villa.

The lovely hallway leads to the lounge/diner which consists of a large leather sofa and chair plus another 3 seater sofa. There is a widescreen LCD TV with British TV channels including all sky channels, plus a DVD player.

The dining area has table and chairs for 6 guests. There is a French door which leads the pool terrace.

The modern fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces a dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is also a separate laundry room.

This level also has a cloak room with WC.

Up the stylish wrought iron staircase are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom one has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and is own private terrace which looks over the front of the property. This bedroom also has an en suite with corner bath.

Bedroom two has twin beds (these can also be put together to make a double upon request) fitted wardrobes and a door that leads to a balcony shared with Bedroom three. The balcony looks over the pool terrace and has amazing views of the mountains.

There is fully tiled separate shower with a shower cubicle.

The villa also has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge. There is also free wifi.

There is a safe installed for your private use, plus an up to date easy to use alarm system.

This villa has a stunning 8 x 3 heated pool with roman entry steps. The pool is surrounded by artificial grass and comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing.

The lawned terrace has 4 sun loungers for you to use. There is another side terrace with gardens which offers outside dining for 6 with a large parasol for shade. This terrace also leads to a small front terrace with artificial grass and sun loungers.
All linen and towels are provided. There is private free parking inside the villa grounds.

The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.
