Terraced holiday home in Velva, ancient Etruscan hamlet in the heart of the Easter Riviera, not far from Sestri Levante (19 Km) and to the splendid Cinque Terre (25 Km). The property is on the hills in the countryside, with sea view, surrounded by a private garden with above-ground pool, a dependence with large window and a dedicated room for parties. From the house you can set off on tours to discover the territory and plan excursions to the famous sandy stretches of the beaches in Sestri Levante, the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fairies, to the Cinque Terre, which can be reached by car or train, to Genoa (50 Km), with its historical center, the ancient harbor and the famous Aquarium, or to the mundane Portofino (30 Km). Nature and sports enthusiasts can practice various outdoor activities in the backcountry, such as trekking, mountain bike, horse riding, tennis or golf. The estate is composed of a main building and an annex, both of them on more levels. In the main building, on the ground floor: large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with sea view window, double bedroom with fireplace and double bedroom with direct access to the fitness room and the garden. The first floor has an independent entrance and features kitchen, living room area with wood burning stove, double sofa bed, bathroom and equipped terrace with sea view. The annex is arranged on two floors: the ground floor is composed of a bathroom, living room area with kitchen corner and large window overlooking the garden. On the first floor a double bedroom with direct access to the terrace and to the garden. Public parking area close to the house.
