The modern, light-flooded villa impresses with its spacious living areas and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows to enjoy the wonderful view. Built only in 2019, the villa is all on one level. The first levada that connects Prazeres with Raposeira begins just 250m from the house. A 15-minute walk downhill is a mini market (there you can find everything for daily needs) and a café bar. The petrol station, supermarket and other shops are only five minutes away by car. The coastal resort of Calheta is then a 15 minute drive away where you will find a golden sandy beach, and further amenities.
