It is located a few km from the town center of Cagli, in a quiet countryside area with panoramic views of the mountains and green hills. Guests can benefit of a porch equipped for al fresco dining and outdoor areas for relaxation. The property is completely fenced.
The villa is on two levels, both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a wide living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch equipped with wood oven and fireplace, double bedroom with mezzanine floor with two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, single bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and corridor with mezzanine where a single bed is present. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor composed of living room-kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (with air conditioning), indoor salt water pool (that can be heated on request with advance reservation) enclosed by large windows, bathroom with shower and laundry in the pool area.
