The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot water shower and WC, dining room with kitchen. There are satellite TV (decoder of Italian pay tv “Sky”, but without smart card). All windows are equipped with mosquito-nets and shutters. Next to the main building, there is a typical outbuilding / guest house: it's a Salentina classic circular structure (built with local stones) called "pajara”, completely renovated on the inside, and consisting of a small characteristic bedroom and an adjacent bathroom. Strong points of the entire property: - the large paved garden where you can play and eat outdoors (under the porch of new construction) - three bathrooms with showers, plus additional outside shower, comfortable when you return from the sea. - terrace where you can admire a splendid view. It's also possible to rent part of the house (such as 1,2 or 3 bedrooms or only the “pajara”).
