Description

Newly built villa, nicely furnished and decorated, with heatable swimming pool (optional extra), Wi-Fi, air con in all bedrooms, lounge/dining area and kitchen, affording a peaceful location between Vale de Parra and Guia, just a short drive from marvellous beaches, quality restaurants, supermarkets, golf course and shopping centre.

Some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé, São Rafael and Salgados (amongst others), as well as a high quality supermarket and several quality restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin Stars, are located within a 5 min. drive.

Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10 min. drive.

The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken with spicy sauce), banks and cake shops is just a 5 min drive away. Just outside Guia you will find Zoomarine, an aquarium with dolphin show (great for kids) and the second largest shopping centre in the region, with many shops, restaurants, cinema and a hypermarket.

The nearest golf course and nature reserve, with lagoon and walkway (great for bird watching) are in Salgados (5 min. drive).

For a great family day out, there is a choice of water parks, a zoo with mini golf and a karting track, all within a 30 min. drive.


The Property

Outside
The property is completely walled, offering full privacy to all holidaymakers. An automatic gate provides access to a cobbled on-site parking area right in front of the villa. The south facing swimming pool is enclosed by lawn and terraces with sun loungers and parasols. The brick barbecue and covered al fresco dining/seating area is located just outside the kitchen.
