With both a ground floor swimming pool and the first-floor balcony with a large dining area and sunbathing zone, plus the shaded veranda which offers a second outdoor dining area with yet more deck chairs, you can spend your whole day outside and never tire of the offerings! A range of palm trees and fruit trees, a large BBQ and even a couple of bonus coffee table areas, perfect for an alfresco breakfast in the fresh morning sun, complete the delightful garden of this exquisite villa! Perhaps most excitingly, the view from the villa is divine, extending all the way to the sea and El Penon de Ifach, the symbolic rock on the horizon!

Very near to the beach, local restaurants and the golf course, you can walk to much of what you see from the terrace in just a few minutes. And the drive to Calp is only 25 minutes along the stunning coastal road!
