Description

Spread across two storeys, this genuinely exclusive villa in the most peaceful, private area of Moraira offers two separate apartments and a vast garden area with the most fantastic sea views.

The main entrance to the property is through the first-floor. An array of beautiful leather and wooden furniture is dispersed throughout its living/dining area which contains a TV/DVD player, a large open fireplace and ornate decorations. The kitchen is modern and incredibly well equipped with all the latest mod cons. There is also one twin bedroom and one double bedroom on this floor, both of which enjoy A/C and en-suite facilities.

The lower floor contains a second apartment, equipped with the same high standard as the first. There is a comfortable living area, with a television, and a small kitchenette. The large French doors of the living area open to a stunning view of the bay of Calp and the Penon de Ifach. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, one twin and one double, both of which also have ensuite facilities. All of the four bedrooms are decorated in a traditional style, with beautiful wooden fittings and tasteful decorations. They each contain either A/C or a fan (or both!) and large windows to allow excellent air circulation. All four bathrooms are modern and pristine.

Perhaps the real jewel in the crown of this villa is its Mediterranean style garden. With both a ground floor swimming pool and the first-floor balcony with a large dining area and sunbathing zone, plus the shaded veranda which offers a second outdoor dining area with yet more deck chairs, you can spend your whole day outside and never tire of the offerings! A range of palm trees and fruit trees, a large BBQ and even a couple of bonus coffee table areas, perfect for an alfresco breakfast in the fresh morning sun, complete the delightful garden of this exquisite villa! Perhaps most excitingly, the view from the villa is divine, extending all the way to the sea and El Penon de Ifach, the symbolic rock on the horizon!

Very near to the beach, local restaurants and the golf course, you can walk to much of what you see from the terrace in just a few minutes. And the drive to Calp is only 25 minutes along the stunning coastal road!

#### Location
Nestled between Xabia and Calp on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Moraira is a beautiful coastal town with traditional Spanish charm oozing through its cobbled streets and market squares.
Enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, Moraira truly provides something for every taste! From water-sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis and go-carting to golf, boat trips and a weekly market where you can find all kinds of local produce including food, gifts, linen, leather and ceramic goods and so much more!
Once a small fishing village, this peaceful town has grown steadily into a holiday-maker's paradise, with a beautiful marina and an exotic array of bars and restaurants allowing you to try the local cuisine (it's more than just paella!), explore historic landmarks and indulge in a sangria or two in the evening.
Infamous beaches, such as the Playa de L'ampolla with its pedalos and parasols, and Playa del Portet, ideal for children with its abundant shallow waters, are located within the town itself, and with the average winter temperature in Moraira at 18.1° C, you might find yourself sunbathing even in December!
So whether you fancy taking an evening stroll through palm-tree promenades or practising your Flamenco at a lively fiesta, expect to find all your needs met in this flourishing coastal community!
Equally placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia, accessing the area is incredibly easy.
