Contracted 24-hour Private Security Patrol ensures Guests' safety and security, and strictly enforces monetary penalties for the transgression of noise pollution limits and Island speed limits (30 km/h).
Please kindly note, bathroom, kitchen and barbeque supplies, i.e.: toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, washing up liquid, cleaning reagents, kitchen towels, bin liners, coffee capsules, Bbq grill inserts, Bbq charcoal, Bbq fuel, and any and all Bbq related equipment and / or Bbq accessories are regretfully not included in the price. These items are available for purchase from the Island's Central Supermarket.
Catering and Concierge Services are not provided as part of the villa rental.
Additional linen, additional towel sets and additional cleaning requirements are not included in the rent and are a chargeable expense, should they be requisitioned by Guests.
