From the moment you arrive at Villa Olegs the atmosphere is laid-back and playful, with beautiful interiors, spacious terraces and plenty of room to entertain! With its own outdoor football pitch, swimming pool and an indoor billiards room, both kids and adults will be in heaven, enjoying the tranquil setting and space away from day to day lives to simply relax, enjoy and play!

The villa is located in the peaceful village of Kastel Stari, between Trogir and Split City. You have access to the stunning beaches of Kastela Bay as well as trails leading up to the Kozjak mountain where you can delight in the breath-taking views.

Once you arrive at the villa itself, it is spread out over three floors, with each one offering a new luxury touch. Split into two parts, the villa works well for two families travelling together, with plenty of room for twelve guests. In total throughout the property there are six spacious bedrooms and five modern bathrooms. Each room boasts comfy beds and plenty of storage for your belongings, so you can un-pack and settle in, heading straight out to the pool to relax!

Each part of the villa has its own spacious living area, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living space. Open-plan in style, these two living areas are perfect for social groups, with everyone coming together in one space to enjoy quality time. Just imagine some of you are curled on the sofas chatting about the day's events, whilst others gather around the dining table nibbling on snacks and opening a bottle of chilled wine, as the nominated cooks for the evening start preparing delicious salads to go with a barbecue on the terrace!

As you amble around the rest of the villa you will continue to feel the sense of luxury, with sophisticated, modern furnishings and stylish features in every room. With elegant glass doors opening on each floor to terraces and balconies, you can enjoy the sun as a group or find your own private corner. The terraces are positioned to make the most of the beautiful views over the luscious surroundings, whilst making room for the large private swimming pool and spacious garden. The pool is heated and has a jacuzzi and hydromassage built-in, so you can sink down into the water, instantly relaxing. Wherever you are in the villa there is something to do; you can relax in the sauna, work out in the gym or lounge by the pool, either way enjoying time away from busy day to day lives!

Situated in Kastel Stari, between Trogir and Split City and just a short distance from the beautiful Kastela Bay, you can enjoy the tranquillity of a peaceful beach life in the same holiday as appreciating the hustle and bustle of the Croatian coastline.

There is no need to worry about a lack of character and authenticity, Kastela Bay is exploding with charm and character, with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops nestled into the old streets and along the stunning beach front. The entire town has a relaxed, family-friendly feel, with a laid-back atmosphere that you will feel at home in as soon as you arrive. The town of Kastela is composed of seven different coastal villages built around 15th and 16th-century castles. Villa Olegs is located within Kastel Stari, but you are within easy reach of all seven. The castles have never been restored, so the ancient ruins add a romance and character to the town that other Croatian coastal destinations sometimes lack.

If you are looking for beach holiday, to feel your feet in the sand and the warm sea water lapping at your toes, then this is the place. The idyllic Kastela Bay is nearby, perfect for stress-free beach days, snorkelling and swimming in the crystal-clear water, sunbathing on loungers and enjoying walks along the coast, looking back at Kozjak mountain that sits dramatically behind the town! For the most adventurous in your group, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, with diving, jet skiing, sea kayaking, tennis and horse riding to name a few. There are also plenty of boat trips running along the coast, taking you out to explore hidden coves and beaches, ideal for a group with mixed age groups.

If you prefer the land to the sea, then you are in the perfect spot to explore the historic trails that wind their way up the Kozjak Mountain. The majority of the trails are easy and accessible, taking less than 2 hours to walk and reaching some of the best views in the area, looking down on Kastela Bay and Split. At the top of almost all the peaks, you will find chapels and archaeological sites to explore, a magical adventure!
