In the second unit we find: a double bedroom for the disabled with en suite bathroom; a "Boutique" with the sale of local products including oil of its own production and various excellences of Tuscan craftsmanship; the area is completed by a splendid billiard room overlooking the countryside.
Outside, in the large park of the villa, the splendid private swimming pool for your exclusive use (6 x 12 meters) with two gazebos, one with poolside loungers and another in a raised area with sofas under a splendid centuries-old oak for relax.
The area in front of the kitchen, under three wonderful trees, a table for your outdoor dining. The property is completed by a flagship: a "vegetable garden" with the production of vegetables, aromatic herbs and seasonal fruit available to guests.
Furthermore, many services can be booked including private chefs for breakfasts, lunches or dinners, cooking classes, excursions with specialized guides and private minivans to visit cities, villages and many seaside resorts throughout Tuscany.
