Description

A place of charm and peace, less than two kilometers from Osimo - the city of the "headless" - and a few minutes' drive from the Marian shrine of Loreto and the Conero beaches, Villa Loreto is a 17th century residence, renovated with loving attention to detail and respect for its history of these places made of history, museums, villages and cathedrals.

From the entrance, the charm of the place is magical. Inside, the Villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 7 spacious rooms where classic marries modernity. For sunny days, there is a large garden outdoors with different areas for relaxation, to spend pleasant moments of reading but also for parties, parties and long chats or walks.

In case of rain you can always distract yourself in the foosball and billiards room or use the barbecue area.

The heated rectangular pool of about 80 square meters in the center of the three-hectare park is capable of giving a real dip in the greenery. In the garden there is also a wood oven while inside Villa Loreto has a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen together with a double living room with fireplace with six modern bathrooms with shower or bathtub for maximum relaxation.

Born as a manor house, with a rectangular body on two floors at the end of the eighteenth century, it was transformed in the mid-nineteenth century with the addition of two single-storey wings which today form a U-shaped courtyard. The house is part of an estate of about 3 hectares, partly sown with wheat, where there is also a suggestive olive grove.

Completely restored recently, Villa Loreto looks just like it should have been in the nineteenth century with large windows, the original terracotta flooring, the manger in the barn, the floors of the first and second floors in chestnut wood. The rooms have restored beds from various eras belonging to the Villa as well as most of the furniture. By accessing from the ground floor entrance you are in front of a helical concrete staircase that connects the two floors with parapets and glass balcony, the double-pitched roof with handmade terracotta tiles and chestnut beams has a view. It was once a summer home. Here, from the center of Osimo, the noble owner family moved to enjoy the cool countryside and spend pleasant hours in the company of relatives and friends.
