Directly in front of the evergreen scenery, you can dive into the wonderfully large, skin-friendly saltwater pool. Our comfortable aluminum sun loungers are waiting for you on the adjacent sun terrace. The spacious terrace area, which is situated just three steps up directly next to the house, is protected from both sun and rain by chic sun sails. The second veranda is shaded by an upper floor balcony. The chilly lounge corner with a cool trendy design and super-soft cushions seems to be calling your name and inviting you for an evening of relaxation. There is a wonderful seating place that you can switch to from the adjoining dining table, where the easy-to-use gas grill provides the ideal way to have a communal barbecue.

The preparations for this evening feast take place in the elegant white-style kitchen, with a section of furniture fronts in noble burgundy. Crispy salad with fresh tomatoes, pimientos, Mallorcan olives and fresh bread, for dessert a few figs, sun-ripened apricots and a piece of Manchego cheese. If your mouth doesn't water in the truest sense of the word, there is something fundamentally wrong. In the kitchen, there is not only sufficient storage space for bulk buying on the local weekly markets, but due to the full range of devices communal cooking and food preparation becomes a huge pleasure. The ground floor of this two-storey house is kept completely open and at the same time playfully angled. Eating, living and cooking merge seamlessly here. The decor is very simple, mainly white, and the wall and floor design also fits into this concept. The overall impression of the furniture is one of style and its puristic look is simply beautiful. A fireplace gives the villa a touch of rusticity, which rounds off the general picture of this country house perfectly. The bedrooms can be reached via a staircase leading out of the living area. While two rooms are furnished with double beds, the central room is equipped with two single beds placed in a row and, therefore, ideally suited for children. Please take a look at the three trendy bathrooms, which are decorated with anthracite and black tiles. High-quality bathroom furniture completes the unique cool style of the villa. As a cherry on the cake, there is a baby bed available for small babies, and you can book up to two extra beds at a very good daily rate for more extra travelers.

The wonderful designer villa is located centrally between the villages of Algaida and Llucmajor, in the south-west direction from the heart of the island. Since the villa "Sa Font of Son Reus" is located close to the audible highway MA-5010, which connects these two tranquil places, you can reach your destinations in no time. If you like to relax while strolling through an extensive pedestrian zone, sightseeing at the beautiful cathedral or strolling in the marina, you can reach the city of Palma quickly and stress-free. Its rural location with the beautiful view of the Randa hill with the monasteries located there distinguishes this villa from other holiday homes. The flat plain, especially around Llucmajor, is very popular with cyclists. If you are looking for a challenge, you can do a mountain bike trip to Randa. There is also a clearly sign-posted hiking trail leading there. Exhausted and happy you return and find everything you need and even more at your finca- pure relaxation!
