Newly constructed, Villa Verdal is a beautiful holiday home decorated in modern rustic style and enjoying a lovely, peaceful location close to the Mondrago Natural Park where there are some of the Balearics' most attractive, natural beaches. It's just a short drive to the many attractions and beaches of the bustling holiday resort of Cala d'Or whilst the charming village of S'Alqueria Blanca, with several local restaurants, bars and shops is also close by.
The stone clad house looks over the cool blue waters of the Roman style swimming pool, with its ample sunbathing terrace, to the coast across the local countryside.
Inside, the interiors are spacious and airy with a large kitchen and lounge diner that leads out to the barbecue terrace by the pool.
The bedrooms are newly furnished and air-conditioned, all with access to either a balcony or a terrace.
