Description

The ancient villa "Sa Bona" has been lovingly and expensively renovated by the cheerful young married owners, who are letting us offer this villa at a favourable price. On this spacious estate behind a hill, you can enjoy the most beautiful untouched nature in its fabulous remote setting in the middle of a gently rolling landscape around Artà with a garden offering views over a little valley.

Through opening up the solid old quarry stone in the living room and replacing it with large windows, a living space flooded with light has been created. The enormous panorama window panes, in the stylish grey living room landscape (complete with modern LCD TV) and fireplace, offer fabulous views of the pool and the countryside behind it, resembling a naturalistic painting. The second window facade (that can be opened) leads directly onto the covered terrace with its large dining table, where you can enjoy meals together – from the BBQ or prepared in the dreamy kitchen. The kitchen is at the side of the living room and is equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen with every luxury, such as an American refrigerator, waist-high oven, electríc kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, and much more. The dark wooden fronts of the kitchen contrast stylishly with the stainless steel for a particularly chic effect. In the whole of the living area, you will find this mixture of minimalist clean lines like grey polished cement floors, complemented by rustic features such as natural stone walls or exposed wooden beamed ceilings. This conveys a markedly harmonious atmosphere and pleasant ambiance, which immediately comforts guests. In the kitchen, there is a dining area with trendy kiwi-coloured chairs. A set of double doors provides access to the covered terrace with outdoor eating area, which can also be accessed from the living room.

All rooms in the villa are single storey, including the bedrooms. One of the cosy bedrooms is behind two triangular frosted-glass windows, which are visible at the entrance. These were formerly stalls, through which the animals stuck their heads to eat. These lovely rustic details, that are complemented with modern features, account for the charms of this particularly smart villa "Sa Bona". A bedroom with two single beds is perfect for children. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, accessible from the outside, practical if you have just had a dip in the pool. The bathrooms are furnished to the highest standards with large walk-in shower areas. One of the bathrooms has a trendy concrete-like look, the second bathroom has dark natural stone tiles on the walls and a red glass wash basin. In the outside area, next to the aforementioned covered terrace, lies a vast pool with 10 m lanes and a varying depth of between 1–2 m. The terrace is separated from the pool area by a portable wooden fence. Particularly practical with small children, as they can spend a few minutes unsupervised on the terrace.

Here, there are lots of options for trips out into the surrounding area and sporting activities.
The pretty villa is near to a road that can be heard from the property. This links Artà to Colonia de Sant Pere, via which the pretty beaches of the north and east coast are particularly easily reached. This pretty holiday home is just 3 km from the centre of Artà. Artà is a Mallorcan town of 7,000 inhabitants in the northeast of the island that has managed to retain its originality and stands out pleasantly from the interchangeable tourist centres on the coast. It has a medieval centre worth seeing and offers numerous different gastronomic delights. On Tuesdays, the weekly market at the Plaça de Conqueridor is well worth a visit, where you will be greeted by colourful, cheerful, and spontaneous hustle and bustle.

Nowhere are you as close to the prettiest beaches of Mallorca than on the coast of the northeast Mallorcan little town of Artà. Eight natural sand beaches (some genuinely are insider's tips) are only a 6-to-10-minute drive from the villa. There are also some water sports available on some beaches. For keen golfers, the beautiful golf course of Capdepera is a good 7 km away. Due to its diverse terrain structure with flat land, hills, and high mountain ranges, this region is particularly popular with cyclists. You can discover these and numerous other leisure activities for yourself on a carefree and relaxing holiday in this highly recommended villa "Sa Bona".
