Description

A home of warmth, light and seemingly infinite space, Villa Paulo is a supremely contemporary (completed in 2019!) property for the entertainer, a family or two, or a large group of friends!

The striking exterior offers a magnificent welcome to this extraordinary property, perfectly setting the tone for the bold interiors within. With a stunning open-plan design, stretching all the way to the second floor and encompassing a charming living space, dining table and kitchen, you'll find conversation flows effortlessly throughout these main interior spaces.

There is an L-shaped sofa to one end, alongside a set of chairs and sofas facing one another, which in turn is next to the superb dining table, great for formal dining and casual snacking alike. Besides this is your enormous kitchen, totally sleek and modern with a monochrome design and fully fitted with Siemens appliances, ensuring cooking is a joy!

Radiant English oak wood floors glisten beautifully in the sunlight which streams in through the full walls of glass up to two storeys high! With your own wine vault at the heart of the living area, you can enjoy the full Portuguese experience in-house!

There are six exquisite bedrooms accompanying these living spaces, with the same bright, airy designs and flooded with natural light. All six feature king-size beds, a seating area and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, so you can feel pampered, rejuvenated and cleansed every day.

The master suite even has its own spa bathroom! Both the ground floor and the first-floor enjoy wondrous terraces, so you can soak up the sunshine, marvel at the views and enjoy the tranquillity of this location with just a single step from your sumptuous bedroom!

And finally, to the enchanting garden, where mature trees surround the countless entertainment centres! First, elevated above the rest there is the stunning roof garden, complete with its very own BBQ kitchen and breakfast bar and 150sqm of dazzling space from which to enjoy these sea-views! Then, to the west of the villa, there's the sublime pool-terrace – with a shimmering 12 by 6 metre heated swimming pool at its heart, flanked by sun-loungers!

There's a second outdoor kitchen, with a BBQ and luxurious alfresco dining area for the whole group, along with a casual seating area. Next, a spectacular pool house and outdoor fireplace, for the perfect place to relax in the evenings under the stars. And to top it all off, there's a spectacular water feature in the south-facing garden, where the sunshine beams down all day long, sparkling on the endlessly rippling surface.

You're within walking distance of all the amenities you could wish for, and a short drive from the beach, vineyards, Michelin starred restaurants and so much more, all around 5 minutes away!

#### Location
Less than a 5-minute drive away is the vibrant Carvoeiro town centre, while within walking distance you can enjoy some excellent local restaurants and even a tennis club – so bring your trainers if you fancy a game or two here!

Also within a very short drive is ‘Dos Santos', an enchanting brewery and vineyard where you can try a little of the famous Portuguese produce, complete with a bar and restaurant! Nearby you'll also find ‘Bon Bon', one of the Algarve's Michelin star restaurants, the famous caves of Benagil, the 5-star resort of Vila Vita, and a couple of excellent golf courses. The stunning coastline of Ferragudo and its beautiful beachfront restaurant ‘Rei da Praia', is also a short drive away.

The Algarve, the southernmost region of Portugal, is famous for its picturesque scenes of vast blue skies casting a warming glow on the expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, with untouched bays framed by jagged Limestone rocks at every turn.

While the southern coast caters to every need of its visitors, to the West and the rugged interior the land remains largely untouched, with less development and endless intersecting of historic villages, hilltop castles and beautiful churches. The Algarviana hiking trail is an excellent day out for an active group.

Portugal itself is a small, fascinating country at the most Western point of mainland Europe. With a vast coastline with the powerful Atlantic Ocean, it is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try it for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast.

Of course, it is not only the world-famous waves but also the completely pollution-free water, and the lack of deadly sharks found in warmer areas that put it so firmly on the map as the surfing Mecca of the world.

And even for those less keen on surfing, the beaches of Portugal are well worth a visit for their beautifully clear waters, and almost all have a bar at which you can enjoy a tipple. Other active pursuits include a sublime cycling trip through the breath-taking scenery of Geres, or indeed white-water rafting on the river Douro!

And for a calmer pace, across Portugal there are 14 of the world's top 100 best golf courses, making it the perfect destination for those who enjoy a day out on the course.
