The house is on two floors and is as follows:
- upper floor, accessible via internal staircase, consisting of hallway, three bedrooms (6 beds), bathroom with shower, large terrace;
- ground floor: living room (with sofa bed and possible extra bed), kitchen with exit to the side portico equipped to dine comfortably outside, complete bathroom with shower;
- outdoor spaces on three sides of the building, front porch, rear canopy with ample rear space, outdoor shower, convenient driveway for two cars, covered by a roof;
It can accommodate 6 to 10 people (three double rooms and a sofa bed on the ground floor with third and fourth bed).
It is located in Lido Marini, one of the Ugento marinas, in a quiet but central area. From here you can easily walk to the main course with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, fishmongers etc ..
The sandy beach is only 400 meters away!
