This estate, which once offered accommodations to hunters and where you now find a biological farm estate and the Federal Equestrian center FISE, is situated in the greenery at the bounder of the Tuscan region of Maremma. In the park, at abt. 100 m from the main villa, 2 annexes have been transformed into to pleasant holiday houses (IRU214 and IRU215), which both offer a private, equipped garden area for your relax and for your outdoor meals. Your holiday house IRU214 has access by two entrance doors, one next to the other, which lead each into the kitchen and from there to the sleeping area with the totally two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two parts of the house, which are nearly identic and which usually are connected by means of an internal door and consequently form one unit, can be closed internally and offer in that case privacy for two couples or small families. In the outdoor spaces you will find a double pool with whirlpool corner and a large gazebo, both for common use with all the inhabitants of the whole estate. Possibility of horse riding. At one hour drive you will reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Monte Argentario. The lake Bolsena is at 18 km distance, the thermal baths of Saturnia 42 km and Tarquinia (sea and archeological areas) at 48 km distance.
