On the edge of the fortified Fenicia farmhouse is Torre Gigliano, a 12th-century structure built at the foot of the Murge plateau. Torre Gigliano is immersed in an expanse of olive trees in the countryside of Ruvo di Puglia, a town rich in history with an important Romanesque cathedral and the Jatta National Museum, which collects an archaeological collection dating from between the sixth and third centuries. The tower has always belonged to the Fenicia family and the current owner, Alessandra, collected the maintenance work of her father Antonio, completing it and making this home a small and rare jewel for sobriety and respect for the original setting.
